This is your opportunity! At Synergym, we are looking for a student to carry out an internship in our Human Resources department, where you will be able to gain experience in personnel administrative management or talent acquisition.

What you'll do

What will your mission be? Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure regulatory compliance, support talent selection and hiring, and contribute to the well-being of our employees. You will be part of a key team that puts people at the center of the organization.

What will your internship at Synergym be like?

Comprehensive learning: You will get to know both the labor law and the personnel selection aspects.
Collaborative environment: You will work in a dynamic team where your ideas will be valued.
Responsibility and autonomy: From day one, you will participate in key tasks with the necessary support.
Continuous training: You will learn about labor regulations, administrative processes, and talent selection.
Personnel administrative management: You will be able to support the preparation of contracts, registrations and cancellations in Social Security, and other administrative processes.
Talent selection: You will collaborate in posting job offers, CV screening, and interviews.
Regulatory compliance: You will help in the application and monitoring of labor and risk prevention regulations.
Document management: You will keep the HR area documentation up to date.
Internal communication: You will participate in the dissemination of relevant information for employees.
