Your mission as Area Manager:

You will be part of the Operations team, leading and managing the clubs in your area to ensure operational success and the satisfaction of your teams and members. You will be the link between management and the team, directly impacting club performance and representing the brand values.

Club and commercial management:

- Ensure the correct application of policies and procedures.
- Analyze KPIs and design commercial action plans.
- Work with Club Managers to meet objectives.
- Manage the budget for each club.
- Oversee the functioning of the facilities and customer service.
- Study the local competition and stay informed about the fitness sector.

Team management:

- Manage internal talent in selection, training, and development.
- Ensure the onboarding and follow-up of new hires.
- Be an exemplary and motivating leader.
- Evaluate teams and establish individual development plans.
- Detect training needs and collaborate with the training department.

What will make you successful at Synergym?

- Ability to interpret and analyze data.
- Customer and results orientation.
- Leadership and proactivity.
- Planning and organization (use of tools such as Excel).
- Higher degree in TSAF/TSEAS or university degree in INEF/CAFE/ADE.
- Experience managing teams for at least 4-5 years.
- Knowledge in the fitness or retail sector.
