Purchasing Administrative Assistant

• Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher degree) in Administration, Administrative Management, or similar.

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in administrative positions.

• Good command of office tools, especially Excel.

• Ability to work with a high volume of information and documentation.

• Experience working with DMS Quiter or similar management programs will be valued.

Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Department, ensuring correct documentary and operational management of processes related to suppliers, vehicle transport, and operation registration, contributing to the smooth running of the area.

• 📄 Register and account for supplier invoices.

• 🤝 Manage communication and follow-up with suppliers.

• 🚛 Coordinate vehicle transport, maintaining contact with transport companies and monitoring operations.

• 🚗 Register vehicles in the management system (DMS-QUITER).

• 📊 Manage and update administrative documentation related to the purchasing process.

• 📁 Keep information updated in the various management systems.

• 🤝 Collaborate with other departments to ensure the correct coordination of processes.

• 📞 Handle administrative inquiries related to the Purchasing area.
