What you'll do
We are looking for a professional with at least 15 years of experience to lead several technological Knowledge Areas in the field of digital platforms, with a strong Cloud component. We are looking for a person with deep knowledge of platforms and complex architectures, distributed systems, scalability, security, and automation, capable of leading digital transformation initiatives in a multinational IT environment. This role requires combining advanced technical vision with skills to lead teams and high-impact projects, ensuring innovation and scalability.

Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop the business strategy and growth of the technological Knowledge Areas under their responsibility, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving technological innovation.
- Manage the economic performance of the practice and associated projects: budgets, forecasts, closings, etc.
- Build, train, coordinate, and lead multidisciplinary technical teams, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
- Mentor and develop talent, fostering effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and adopt new Cloud technologies and services to generate competitive and operational value.
- Drive and manage strategic projects for clients, meeting objectives and deadlines.
- Oversee quality, security, availability, and performance standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Develop a value proposition aligned with capabilities and market needs, promoting both internal and external visibility.
