Job Description

The application supports the digital management and documentation of technical infrastructure in telecommunications facilities. The solution enables field and office personnel to capture, visualize and maintain technical asset data directly on Android devices, improving data quality, operational efficiency and planning accuracy.
The application plays an important role in supporting infrastructure modernization, transparency and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities include further development, maintenance, operational readiness and lifecycle management of the Android application.

Activity description and concrete tasks

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise-grade Android mobile applications.
  • Take technical ownership of mobile application components and contribute to the overall mobile architecture. Design and implement new features with a focus on usability, maintainability, performance, and operational excellence.


Key responsibilities include

  • Develop Android applications using Flutter and native Android technologies where appropriate.
  • Design and implement scalable mobile architectures.
  • Ensure quality through automated testing, code reviews and documentation.
  • Integrate backend services and enterprise APIs.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
  • Support Intune/MDM deployment and enterprise distribution.
  • Implement crash reporting and analytics.
  • Support operational handover and maintenance activities.
  • Work in an agile environment.
