Facilities Works Manager

Ensure the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the technical installations (electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic) at the work center. The selected professional will ensure efficient, safe operation aligned with current regulations within a complex industrial environment.

- Electrical Design and Planning: Develop the technical design and planning of medium and low voltage (MV/LV) electrical installations, covering everything from distribution panels and conduits to protections and final commissioning.
- Fire Protection Systems (FPS) Supervision: Supervise active fire protection systems (detection, suppression, and signage), ensuring strict compliance with specific national and international regulations (UNE, NFPA, etc.).
- Fluid and Network Management: Manage the plant's compressed air networks, optimizing their energy efficiency, air quality, and ensuring their full availability for production processes.
- Industrial Automation and Control: Implement and maintain industrial control systems, including instrumentation, PLC/SCADA-based automation, and proper communication between the different equipment in the plant.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and update drawings, technical reports, budgets, work schedules, and specifications for the acquisition of new equipment.
- Supplier Coordination: Directly coordinate contractors and external suppliers, overseeing the correct execution of work under strict quality and industrial safety standards.
- Regulatory Compliance and Diagnostics: Conduct technical inspections and diagnose faults to propose corrective solutions. Ensure compliance with regulations concerning electrical systems, fire protection, industrial safety, and the environment (REBT, RITE, CTE, ISO).

- Academic Background: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar qualification.
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in the maintenance and design of MV/LV electrical installations, fire protection systems, compressed air networks, and control systems.
- Proficiency in technical regulations applicable to the industrial sector (REBT, RITE, CTE, among others).
- Proficiency in specialized technical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, etc.).
- Availability to travel and a valid driver's license.
- Residency or availability to work in the Alhendín area (Granada).
