What are we looking for in you? Technical training, engineering or equivalent professional experience developed in industrial environments is highly valued. Experience in responsibility positions within production, manufacturing, operations, or plant management. Experience working in industrial plants and leading production teams. Knowledge of the functioning of industrial processes and their main indicators. Ability to interpret KPIs and convert them into improvement actions. Experience participating in or leading projects for improvement, process optimization, or investments. Analytical, structured, and organized profile. Ability to combine a global vision with presence and proximity to the plant. Leadership skills and the ability to communicate and defend projects and decisions.

The role

Would you like to lead an industrial plant in the midst of transformation and leave your mark on its evolution? We are looking for a person capable of driving teams, optimizing processes, and leading strategic projects.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for leading the plant's activity, ensuring the correct functioning of operations and promoting a culture oriented towards efficiency, continuous improvement, and team development. We are looking for someone who combines a technical and analytical mindset with leadership and organizational skills, and who enjoys being close to the operation and understanding what is actually happening on the plant floor. What will your main responsibilities be? Lead and coordinate the daily activity of the plant and the production teams. Monitor the main industrial KPIs, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement. Analyze aspects related to productivity, efficiency, costs, shrinkage, quality, and the functioning of the production process. Drive continuous improvement projects and process optimization. Work transversally with the different areas linked to operations. Ensure adequate planning, organization, and monitoring of productive activity. Participate in the analysis and development of projects and investments linked to the plant. Support and develop the team, promoting autonomy, responsibility, and a results orientation. Communicate the plant's main indicators, needs, and projects to the different stakeholders within the organization.
