Labor Relations Manager

• Education and experience: Degree in Labor Relations Previous experience in integral labor management and the full payroll cycle. Experience managing medium-to-high volume workforces. Valuable experience leading HR software implementations or migrations. Experience coordinating relationships with external management agencies and administering complex labor processes. Technical knowledge: Solid knowledge of payroll, social security, contracting, and personnel administration. Very valuable knowledge of HR ERPs, especially Épsilon. Ability to manage process improvement and transformation projects.

• What do we offer? Fixed salary of €33,000 gross per year. Annual variable of up to €4,000, with a high historical achievement level. 25 days of remote work per year at your discretion. Flexible schedule with arrival between 7:00h and 9:00h. Three days with an intensive morning shift. A strategic project with a direct impact on the evolution of the organization. • You will be the person responsible for leading the company's labor management and coordinating a strategic project for the implementation and integration of a new Human Resources ERP. Functions: Lead the implementation and integration of the new HR ERP. Manage the full payroll cycle. Supervise registrations, terminations, contracts, and social security. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. Coordinate the relationship with the external management agency. Manage internal labor incidents and inquiries. Collaborate with different areas of the organization on personnel administration matters. Coordinate and provide support to the team's labor technician. Advise the different managers of the organization on labor matters. Manage the company's labor relations and act as an interlocutor with the Legal Representation of the Workers. Coordinate and handle requirements from labor and Social Security organizations.
