¿Qué harás?

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: - Managing the Order to Cash process for customers. - Handling customer orders (entry, validation, and follow-up). - Monitoring product availability and coordinating with Logistics. - Managing administrative and logistical incidents, ensuring timely resolution. - Overseeing invoicing processes and credit notes. - Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms. - Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships.

¿A quién buscamos?

You're the person we're looking for if you have: - A university degree or vocational qualification. - Some previous work experience (internship or first job), regardless of the field. - Native or advanced level of German, and advanced English. - Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. - Tech-savvy mindset and interest in AI and digital tools. - Good analytical skills and attention to detail. - A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.

¿Qué ofrecemos?
