Back Office Administrator

• You are the person we are looking for if: You have experience in administration, invoicing, back office, order management, or similar positions. You find it easy to work with digital tools, CRM, and have user-level Excel knowledge. You stand out for being an organized, resourceful, autonomous, and versatile person, with the ability to adapt to different tasks. You have good communication skills and a customer orientation. You are motivated to join a growing project, to learn, and to progressively assume new responsibilities. You have availability to work initially part-time, with the possibility of increasing your hours.

• What do we offer? Initial part-time working day in the mornings, with the possibility of progressive expansion depending on the growth of the business. Reference salary of €25,000 gross per year for full-time, with the corresponding proportional part applied to the hours worked. On-site work modality. Offices located in Parc Tecnològic del Vallès in Cerdanyola del Vallès. Initial training to learn the business, the tools, and the internal processes. • In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for: Managing administrative tasks and back office organization. Managing customer and supplier orders, as well as following them up through the CRM. Controlling stock, managing delivery notes, and tracking merchandise. Managing and following up on invoices and payments, maintaining communication with the external management agency. Preparing orders and providing support in logistical tasks during the initial phase of the project. Managing incidents related to orders and deliveries. Attending to customers via email and telephone. Participating progressively in the creation and improvement of administrative and back office processes.
