What will your job consist of?📌

What you'll do

You will join the Supply Chain area of our industrial center, forming part of a key team to guarantee the availability of materials and the correct supply for manufacturing.

Your mission will be to ensure that production has the necessary materials in a timely and proper manner, coordinating the relationship with suppliers and anticipating possible supply risks to avoid any impact on manufacturing.

To achieve this, you will carry out functions such as:

  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers and materials, performing daily monitoring of orders, delivery dates, and incidents to guarantee production continuity.
  • Analyze supply risks and coordinate action plans with suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, and other areas of the company, prioritizing those critical materials that could compromise industrial activity.
  • Participate in the definition, implementation, and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools within the procurement area, contributing to the standardization of best practices.
  • Monitor performance indicators, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions that improve the service level and material availability. Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance centers, providing support and training on procurement procedures and tools, as well as participating in audits and supplier re-evaluations.
