To expand our E-Commerce team in Barcelona, we are looking for someone to join our paid internship program for recent graduates, who have the possibility to complete an internship on a full-time basis to support us as BI - Data Analytics / E-Commerce Intern (full time).

Responsibilities will include providing direct support to various cross-functional teams:

• Provide support to customers in both Spain and Portugal, supporting both Sales and Product Marketing, ideally in Spanish and Portuguese.
• Resolving doubts regarding the website, reviewing orders.
• Follow-up and contact with customers via telephone and email.
• Integrations with customers (EDI, XML), advanced Excel reporting, servers, etc...
• Cross-functional work with Support, digital marketing, customer integrations, etc...
