Internship in BI - Data Analytics / E-Commerce (full time)

To expand our E-Commerce team in Barcelona, we are looking for someone to join our paid internship program for recent graduates, who have the possibility to complete an internship on a full-time basis to support us as BI - Data Analytics / E-Commerce Intern (full time).

Responsibilities will include providing direct support to various cross-functional teams:

• Providing support to clients in both Spain and Portugal, as well as to the Commercial and Product teams in Spanish and Portuguese, ideally.

• Resolving website inquiries and reviewing orders.

• Following up and contacting clients by phone and email.

• Integrating with clients (EDI, XML), reporting on advanced Excel spreadsheets, servers, etc.

• Coordinating with Support, digital marketing, client integrations, etc.

• Hands-on training provided by our team of professionals: you will be one of the team!

• Specialized theoretical training provided by prestigious institutions in Spain, at the expense of TD SYNNEX! Gross monthly salary of €850

• 6-month internship agreement, extendable by another 6 months, with the possibility of joining the company permanently.

Para la ampliación de nuestro equipo de E-Commerce en Barcelona, buscamos a una persona para que se incorpore en nuestro programa de Prácticas remuneradas para recién titulados, que tengan posibilidad de realizar una beca a jornada completa para darnos apoyo como Prácticas en BI - Data Analytics / E-Commerce a jornada completa.

Entre sus responsabilidades, estarán dar soporte directo a distintos equipos cross:

• Dar soporte a clientes tanto de España y Portugal tanto a comercial como a Product Marketing en Español y Portugués idealmnte.

• Resolución de dudas sobre la web, revisión de pedidos.

• Seguimiento y contacto vía telefónica y mail a clientes.

• Integraciones con clientes (EDI, XML), reporting de excels avanzados, servidores, etc...

• Cross con Soporte, marketing digital, integraciones con clientes, etc...

• Formación práctica a cargo de nuestros equipos de profesionales: ¡serás uno más del equipo!

• Formación teórica especializada a cargo de prestigiosas instituciones en España que ¡correrá a cuenta de TD SYNNEX! Remuneración de 850€ brutos al mes

• Convenio de 6 meses de prácticas con extensión a 6 meses más y posible incorporación a la compañía
