The role

We are looking for a Digital Content & Account Executive to join our digital team in Madrid. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities with clients, mainly B2B, and for developing, managing, and analyzing social media content.

The role will have a special focus on LinkedIn, as a key channel for brand building, thought leadership, and business opportunity generation in B2B environments. You will also participate in content creation and activity monitoring on Meta and other digital channels as projects require.

We are looking for an organized person with very good writing skills, strategic judgment, and a results orientation, capable of converting client needs into actionable content plans.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the daily point of contact for clients and coordinate digital projects alongside the internal team.

  • Understand the business and communication objectives of each account and translate them into content proposals and action plans.

  • Manage calendars, deliverables, and approvals, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

  • Prepare follow-up meetings, presentations, and strategic recommendations for clients.

  • Coordinate with design, paid media, PR, copywriting, and community management profiles to execute integrated campaigns.

  • Develop editorial plans and content calendars for LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels.

  • Write and adapt content for social media, especially for B2B audiences: corporate posts, thought leadership content, success stories, campaigns, anniversaries, and employer branding pieces.

  • Adapt tone, format, and message to each client, audience, and platform.

  • Manage content publishing and scheduling, as well as the final review of copy and creatives.

  • Identify trends, conversation opportunities, and best practices to improve the relevance of clients' social profiles.

  • Support the activation of paid social campaigns, working in a coordinated manner with the media team to align organic and paid content.

  • Monitor key performance indicators: reach, impressions, engagement, community growth, clicks, traffic, and conversions, among others.

  • Prepare clear and visual periodic reports, translating data into concrete conclusions and recommendations.

  • Identify the best-performing formats, messages, and topics to optimize content plans.

  • Present results and learnings to the client, with a vision oriented toward continuous improvement.

  • Stay up to date on news from LinkedIn, Meta, and other social platforms, applying them when they add value to the accounts.

How you'll work

  • Schedule from 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday from 8:30 to 14:00

  • Three months of intensive summer working hours from 8:00 to 15:00

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • At least 3/4 years of previous experience in social media, content marketing, digital communication, or account management in an agency or similar.

  • Experience working with B2B clients and understanding of their communication and decision-making dynamics.

  • Practical knowledge of LinkedIn and Meta, both from a content perspective and performance analysis.

  • Excellent writing skills in Spanish and the ability to adapt messages to different sectors and audiences.

  • High level of English, written and spoken (the first interview will be entirely in English)

  • Experience creating editorial calendars, managing publications, and coordinating approval processes with clients.

  • Ability to interpret social media metrics and convert them into strategic recommendations.

  • Proficiency in scheduling, social listening, and reporting tools. Experience with Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Metricool, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools will be valued.

  • Organization, autonomy, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and results orientation.
