Citrix Systems Administrator (Citrix DaaS / Virtualization)

• More than 3 years of experience as a Citrix Systems Administrator.

• Demonstrable experience in:

  • Citrix DaaS

  • Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops

  • Citrix Cloud

  • Citrix Workspace

  • Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS)

  • Machine Creation Services (MCS)

• Administration of Windows Server and Windows 10/11 Enterprise environments.

• Advanced knowledge of:

  • Active Directory

  • Group Policy (GPO)

  • DNS

• Experience in user profile management with FSLogix and Citrix Profile Management.

• Experience in N2/N3 support and incident resolution.

• Intermediate English.

• Citrix Certifications:

  • CCA-V

  • CCP-V

  • CCE-V

• Experience in Cloud environments:

  • Microsoft Azure

  • AWS

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Microsoft Entra ID.

• Microsoft Intune.

• Citrix Director.

• Automation through:

  • Terraform

• Experience in DevOps environments and infrastructure automation.

We are looking for a Citrix Systems Administrator specialized in administration, support, and evolution of corporate desktop and application virtualization platforms.

The selected person will participate in the operation, maintenance, optimization, and support of enterprise Citrix environments, collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to guarantee the availability, performance, and continuity of services.

• Administration and maintenance of Citrix DaaS (Desktop as a Service) platforms.

• Management of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments.

• Administration and support of Citrix Cloud and Citrix Workspace.

• Configuration and management of Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS).

• Resolution of Level 2 and Level 3 incidents related to virtual desktops and published applications.

• Administration of Windows Server systems and Windows 10/11 Enterprise environments.

• Advanced management of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and authentication services.

• Administration of user profiles using FSLogix and Citrix Profile Management.

• Monitoring, diagnosis, and performance optimization using Citrix Director.

• Participation in migration, upgrade, and modernization projects for Citrix platforms.

• Preparation of technical documentation, operating procedures, and support guides.

• Collaboration with infrastructure, network, cloud, and security teams.
