What we're looking for
- Qualification: Higher Degree (Vocational Training / Higher Level Training Cycle).
- Official Certification 1: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
- Official Certification 2: Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate OR MS-721 Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer.
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administration and support of Microsoft environments (Windows Server/Azure, Exchange/M365, SharePoint/Teams, AD, DNS/DHCP, SCCM, Intune, and Entra ID).
The role
We are looking for a Microsoft Systems Administrator L2 to provide administration and support services in Microsoft environments (Azure, M365, Active Directory, among others). Their mission will be to guarantee the correct functioning, support, and administration of the client's Microsoft infrastructure and systems.
What you'll do
- Microsoft Infrastructure Administration: Support and administration of Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP environments.
- Workstation and Digital Management: Handling of deployment and device administration tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Entra ID.
- M365 and Collaboration Environment Administration: Administration and support of Exchange/M365, SharePoint, and Teams solutions.
- Support and Operations: On-site coverage in operational shifts and participation in a 24x7 on-call scheme for the attention of critical incidents.
How you'll work
- Work Model: 100% On-site in Madrid.
- Working Day and Shifts: Full-time with coverage in rotating shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 / 10:00 to 18:00.
- On-call: Participation in 24x7 on-call shifts for the resolution of critical incidents.
