Systems and Support Administrator

• Previous experience in a technical systems position or providing IT services to companies.

• Knowledge of hardware, systems, and IT infrastructure architecture.

• Solid knowledge of network protocols and Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and firewalls.

• Knowledge of security regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.

• Experience in vulnerability analysis and security incident management.

• Knowledge of cryptography, identity management, and access control.

• Driver's license and own vehicle.

• Availability to travel.

• Client orientation and skills for direct interaction with users and companies.

• Experience or knowledge in cybersecurity will be especially valued.

• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Computer Science and Systems, Technical Engineering, or similar training.

• Catalan, Spanish, and English.

Within the framework of its growth, they are looking for a person with experience in computer systems and a special interest or knowledge in cybersecurity, who wants to develop themselves in a technical, dynamic, and client-service oriented environment.

🚀 What will your mission be?

You will be part of the technical team and will have a transversal role, combining support and systems administration tasks with functions linked to information security.

You will be a key figure in providing service to clients, helping to guarantee the correct functioning of their systems and infrastructures, as well as their security against possible threats.

• Provide technical support and consultancy in systems and information security.

• Provide technical service to clients, both on-site and remotely.

• Monitor and analyze systems to detect suspicious activities or possible threats.

• Manage security incidents and participate in the response to cyber threats.

• Implement and maintain security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

• Analyze vulnerabilities and participate in security and penetration testing.

• Manage identities, access, and other measures oriented towards protecting systems and information.

• Participate in the definition and application of security policies and procedures.

• Provide support in compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards.

• Prepare technical documentation and reports related to systems and security.

• Collaborate with the team and with clients in the identification and resolution of problems.

• Participate in cybersecurity training and awareness actions.

• Perform travel to client facilities when necessary.
