The role

We are looking for an Analyst Programmer specializing in Jira Administration to join strategic projects for the Banco de España.

The selected person will participate in the administration, configuration, evolution, and support of Atlassian platforms, collaborating with development teams, PMO, Agile Coaches, and business areas to ensure the correct functioning of management processes and tools.

This is a stable position within a high-demand technological environment, with projects of great impact and visibility.

What you'll do

Advanced administration and configuration of Jira and Confluence.
Management of projects, workflows, schemes, permissions, screens, and automations in Jira.
Creation and maintenance of dashboards, filters, reports, and indicators.
Administration of users, groups, roles, and access policies.
Parameterization and optimization of Agile processes within Jira.
Technical and functional support to users and project teams.
Definition and implementation of best practices for using Atlassian tools.
Management of incidents, changes, and evolutions related to Jira and Confluence.
Collaboration with development, PMO, and business teams to adapt the tool to organizational needs.
Preparation of technical and functional documentation.
Participation in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Professional with a service orientation and the ability to communicate with users at different levels.
Analytical profile with experience in process improvement and management tools.
Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner.
Orientation toward quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.
