The role
We are looking for an Online Sales Representative - French Market to join a growing project within the refurbished bicycle sector.
The selected person will be part of the sales team oriented towards the French market, advising customers and managing the entire online sales process. We are looking for a profile with sales experience, professional or native French, and, especially, passion and knowledge about the world of bicycles.
What you'll do
Personalized customer advice via telephone, WhatsApp, and email.
Management and supervision of the different platforms where the bicycles are published.
Management and coordination of online orders.
After-sales follow-up and incident resolution.
Customer service and loyalty, detecting new needs and sales opportunities.
How you'll work
📍 Madrid: Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 21:00 h, with alternating weekends. Days worked on weekends are compensated with weekdays off.
📍 Barcelona: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:30 h, with alternating Saturdays. Saturdays worked are compensated with a weekday off.
📍 Valencia: Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 20:30 h.
