The role
Our client, a leading company in water quality improvement solutions, is seeking several profiles for its sales team in Valencia and Barcelona. The company has been operating for years in the Valencian Community, the Balearic Islands, and Catalonia.
The position requires profiles with experience in sales and negotiation to close deals through scheduled visits.
How you'll work
- On-site work in Valencia or Barcelona.
- Flexible office hours based on needs, with the ability to manage one's schedule (as a reference, the sales team typically starts mid-morning and finishes mid-afternoon; depending on the schedule, it is possible to start earlier or later than this reference).
- Base salary + variable compensation based on team and individual performance.
- Possibility of a company vehicle after 3 months (optional, to be reflected in commissions).
Requirements
- Experience in sales through scheduled visits.
- A "field" profile, accustomed to prospecting, direct client contact, and client acquisition, etc.
- Driver's license.
- Residence in Valencia or Barcelona.
