Technical Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

We are looking for an Oracle DBA / Senior Systems Technician (L2) with at least 5 years of experience in database administration and critical infrastructure support in production environments.
What you'll do
Administration and support of Oracle databases in production environments.
Management of incidents, problems, changes, and requests under ITIL processes.
L2 technical support for critical infrastructures and platforms.
Monitoring and optimization of database performance.
Control of configuration, capacity, availability, and service continuity.
Management of security and compliance with operational standards.
Coordination with infrastructure, applications, and support teams.
Preparation of technical documentation and operating procedures.
Participation in on-call shifts and 24x7 support.
