Requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum experience of 5 years in Oracle database administration, mainly in versions 12c, 18c, and 19c.
Experience in installation, maintenance, and upgrading of Oracle versions.
Experience in backup and recovery with Oracle RMAN.
Practical knowledge and experience in Oracle RAC and Data Guard environments.
Experience in the creation and migration of databases between different platforms.
Experience in tuning, DB optimization, and application SQL queries.
Minimum 2 years of previous experience as an Oracle DBA in the banking sector.

The role
At Logicalis Spain, we are looking to hire a person with consolidated experience in Oracle database administration for one of our projects in a 100% remote modality.
The selected person will be part of the team in charge of the administration, maintenance, and evolution of the corporate databases of our client, a major banking entity in Spain.
What you'll do
Installation, configuration, and patching of Oracle in versions 12c, 18c, and 19c.
Creation and migration of Oracle databases between different platforms.
Upgrading Oracle versions (upgrades).
Administration and maintenance of Legacy and Multitenant environments.
Management and administration of Oracle RAC and Data Guard environments.
Incident resolution, tuning, and performance optimization of databases and SQL queries.
How you'll work
Work mode: 100% remote.
Schedule: three possible shifts (morning, midday, and afternoon), to be determined.
Intensive working day: on Fridays and during July and August.
On-call and interventions: availability when necessary, with additional remuneration.
