Shift Supervisor

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production processes and/or middle management positions.

• Demonstrable experience in team management and coordination.

• Experience in the food sector will be especially valued.

• Training related to production, logistics, engineering, or similar areas.

• Ability for organization, planning, and resource management.

• Dynamic, flexible profile oriented towards continuous improvement.

• Ability to adapt to different situations and take on new challenges.

• Availability to work in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, from Monday to Friday.

• Residence in the area or availability to commute daily to Azagra (Navarra).

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join a leading company in the production and processing of fruit and vegetable products, within an industrial environment oriented towards efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

The selected person will work directly with the production manager, participating in the daily organization of the factory, resource planning, and team management.

• Organize and plan the daily work of the shift based on the production schedule.

• Distribute and coordinate the resources and teams necessary to achieve production objectives.

• Manage work teams and monitor their activity.

• Coordinate with the different departments of the factory to guarantee the correct functioning of the processes.

• Participate in the entire production process, ensuring compliance with established objectives.

• Work alongside other middle management in the planning and execution of production activities.

• Monitor production indicators and contribute to achieving the target OEE.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the factory.

• Resolve any incidents that may arise during the shift and guarantee production continuity.

• Ensure the efficiency and quality of the production processes.
