Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Engineering or similar.
Solid experience in Manufacturing Quality and key tools:
Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and 8D.
Knowledge and experience in Poka‑Yoke and interlocks.
Proficiency in PPAP, APQP, audits, control plans, and incoming inspection.
High level of understanding of industrial processes and lean manufacturing.
Experience in GD&T, ISO 8015 standard, metrology, and measurement systems.
Knowledge of the quotation process and quality requirements.
Familiarity with the main Procurement processes.
High level of English, essential for international projects.

The role

As Advanced Supplier Quality (ASQ), your mission will be to guarantee the correct execution of the APQP process and the Control Plan with external suppliers, ensuring product quality from the initial phases through to industrialization.

What you'll do

Lead the implementation of the APQP process with external suppliers.
Ensure the correct definition and monitoring of Control Plans.
Manage PPAP processes and risk analysis associated with suppliers.
Coordinate quality audits and resulting action plans.
Drive problem resolution through 8D and DMAIC methodologies.
Collaborate in the definition of quality requirements, including CTQ and its deployment.
Work cross-functionally with Procurement teams and international projects.
