The role

Payments Senior / Manager

We are looking for a Payments Senior / Manager with at least 6-7 years of experience in the functional area of payments and collections, with the ability to act as a bridge between business needs and the payment platform

The selected person will be a technical-functional reference within a multidisciplinary team, working alongside other specialists in areas such as accounting, regulatory compliance, and PMO

What you'll do

Solid experience in payment and collection processes

Knowledge of solutions such as PayCo, SAP FS-CD, SAP Fioneer, or similar platforms

Knowledge of inbound payment processes, outbound payments, payment application and allocation, clearing and settlement, non-payment and claims management, installments and payment plans, and reconciliation

Ability to analyze platform functionalities and configuration options

Experience transforming business requirements into implementable functional requirements

Solid knowledge of payment transactional flows and operational best practices

Ability to interact with business, functional, and technical teams
