What we're looking for

What you'll do
The Functional Analyst will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Requirements Analysis: Collect, analyze, and document the functional and non-functional requirements of payment methods systems, interacting with stakeholders and key users.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, defining the architecture and behavior of the solutions.
- Functional Specification: Prepare clear, concise, and complete functional specification documents (legacy and new functionalities) that serve as a basis for development.
- Testing and Validation: Collaborate in the definition of test plans and participate in the validation of developed solutions, ensuring they meet the established requirements.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide functional support to development and maintenance teams, resolving incidents and optimizing system performance.
- Documentation: Keep all technical and functional documentation related to payment methods systems up to date.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure the correct implementation and operation of the solutions.
