PMO / Project Management Officer

• Previous experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or similar profile.

• Ability to organize teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Proactive personality and ability to take charge of organization.

• Communication and coordination skills with different stakeholders.

• Experience working with Jira.

• Knowledge of SQL for queries, analysis, and information tracking.

• Ability to work autonomously and with a results orientation.

• Experience in Digital Marketing departments.

• Management of digital campaigns and business-oriented environments.

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Reporting and data analysis.

• Visualization and metrics tools.

• Experience in technological or digital environments.

We are looking for a PMO with experience in team coordination and operational management to lead the organization of work within a Digital Marketing department.

The selected person will be the internal reference for structuring processes, organizing priorities, coordinating teams, and guaranteeing the correct execution of the area's initiatives. We are looking for a profile with leadership capacity, autonomy, and firmness in decision-making, capable of providing order, follow-up, and control in a dynamic environment.

• Organize and coordinate the work planning of the Digital Marketing department.

• Manage and supervise the backlog of tasks and projects.

• Define priorities together with business and marketing managers.

• Perform continuous follow-up on the progress of initiatives, identifying blockers and risks.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate communication between different areas.

• Establish processes, methodologies, and control mechanisms to improve operational efficiency.

• Manage follow-up, planning, and reporting meetings.

• Prepare status reports, KPIs, and activity metrics.

• Ensure compliance with established deadlines and objectives.

• Act as an organizational point of reference within the department.
