Requirements

What we're looking for

Solid experience in Program Management / Project Management and PMO coordination.
Experience in large-scale international transformation programs.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Experience in project planning and management with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in monitoring budgets, KPIs, risks, and dependencies.
Valuable experience in CCaaS, Contact Center, CX, or Customer Service projects.
Fluent English (preferably B2 or higher).

The role

At Infortec we continue to grow and we want to hire a PMO Specialist / PMO Lead / PMO Coordinator to participate in an important international digital transformation project, linked to the deployment of a Contact Center solution.

We are looking for a proactive, organized person with excellent communication skills, who enjoys coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working in international environments.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise program management activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, objectives, and quality standards.
Perform planning, monitoring, and control of projects, milestones, and dependencies.
Manage risks, incidents, changes, and budgets, performing KPI monitoring.
Coordinate IT, business, and operations teams, facilitating communication between different stakeholders.
Prepare monitoring reports and executive presentations for management.
Provide support to digital transformation initiatives, customer experience (CX) improvement, and change management.
Ensure the alignment of project objectives with business needs.
