• More than 6 years of experience in SAP Procurement / Materials Management.

• Experience as an IT Project Manager managing SAP projects from start to finish.

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

• Deep knowledge of Source to Pay (STP) processes.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders.

• Experience in the implementation, deployment, and support of SAP solutions.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

We are looking for a Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Procurement with extensive experience leading IT digital transformation projects in the Procurement area (Source to Pay - STP).

The selected person will be responsible for the end-to-end management of SAP S/4HANA Procurement projects, coordinating business, IT, integrators, and international provider teams, ensuring the delivery of solutions aligned with the corporate Core Model.

🔹 Define and maintain the IT roadmap for the Procurement area aligned with the business strategy.

🔹 Lead SAP S/4HANA Procurement projects from the analysis phase to Go-Live.

🔹 Coordinate business, IT, integrators, and external provider teams.

🔹 Manage project scope, planning, budget, risks, and quality.

🔹 Design and supervise Source to Pay (STP) processes on SAP S/4HANA.

🔹 Validate functional and technical documentation (Blueprint, BPM, Configuration Guides, Functional Design, and Technical Design).

🔹 Coordinate integration strategies between SAP and external applications.

🔹 Supervise migration activities and data quality.

🔹 Lead testing, UAT, incident resolution, and functional validation phases.

🔹 Coordinate Cutover, deployment, Hypercare, and transition to support activities.

🔹 Ensure compliance with the corporate Core Model and project governance standards.
