They are not looking for a technical tester to execute tests on a daily basis.

They are looking for a Testing Lead / QA Lead / Test Manager with the ability to define quality standards, supervise deliverables, and ensure that different providers comply with the established testing methodology.

This will be a transversal role acting as the quality guarantor for projects and developments carried out by different teams.

What you'll do

Define and evolve the corporate testing methodology.
Establish acceptance and quality criteria for new projects.
Design functional and technical validation strategies.
Review test plans prepared by providers.
Validate testing evidence delivered by external teams.
Guarantee traceability between requirements, developments, and tests.
Supervise functional, integration, and regression test coverage.
Detect quality risks before production releases.
Coordinate activities with providers and development teams.
Enforce compliance with defined quality standards.
Monitor incidents and critical defects.
Participate in quality committees and project monitoring.
Development of quality indicators.
Monitoring of testing KPIs.
Presentation of results to business and technology managers.
Preparation of executive reports on risks and quality.
