At KRELL Consulting, we are looking to hire a Service Lead QA / QA Manager with experience in leading Quality Assurance teams, managing quality services, and coordinating technological projects, to participate in a long-term project in the banking sector.

We are looking for a profile with strategic vision, leadership capacity, and experience in team management, monitoring quality indicators, and continuous process improvement.

• Lead and coordinate a quality office composed of approximately 18 professionals.
• Manage the Quality Assurance service, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and objectives.
• Coordinate QA/testing teams and manage the relationship with different stakeholders.
• Define, supervise, and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality indicators.
• Manage risks, planning, priorities, and service monitoring.
• Prepare monitoring reports and executive reporting.
• Maintain continuous communication with the client and the technical and business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Supervise the application of methodologies, procedures, and quality models.
