Maintenance Manager

Stable employment (Permanent Contract) directly with the client company.

Very competitive salary, between €40,000 and €45,000 gross per year, depending on the experience provided.

Full-time position with split shifts.

Technical training: Preferably Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Organization, or similar) or Higher Level Vocational Training in areas of Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related fields, with solid plant experience.

Essential demonstrable experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a Maintenance Manager, Coordinator, or Head of Maintenance in industrial environments (food, pharma, or similar sectors are highly valued).

Demonstrable experience in the maintenance of production lines and mechanical machinery.

Proven experience in managing technical teams (in-house and subcontracted) and practical leadership on the plant floor.

Cross-functional knowledge in mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

We are looking for someone with a hybrid profile who possesses strategic vision and is good at management, but who also gets involved and gets their hands dirty on the machines.

Lead, plan, and supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance of the mechanical machinery and production lines of the plant.

Comprehensive management and coordination of the maintenance technician team under their charge, as well as the communication, supervision, and monitoring of contractors and external service providers.

Diagnose and solve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns, guaranteeing the minimization of downtime.

Propose and implement technical improvements to optimize equipment performance, oriented toward process efficiency, reduction of consumption, and cost optimization.

Management of technical purchases (spare parts, services) and control of the area budget.

Recording and analysis of interventions, management of spare parts and inventories in the computerized management system.
