What you'll do

Key Responsibilities / Functional Skills:

• Own L3 operational support for SailPoint ISC platform and integrations.

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex provisioning, aggregation, and lifecycle management issues.

• Monitor platform health and drive proactive service improvements.

• Configure and maintain Sources, Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Policies, • Workflows, and Transforms.

• Support application onboarding and integration activities using standard connectors, REST APIs, and SCIM.

• Implement and support end-to-end identity governance using SailPoint ISC.

• Design and configure identity lifecycle flows including joiner, mover, and leaver events.

• Develop and maintain ISC workflows, transforms, and rules to meet enterprise requirements.

• Integrate cloud and on-prem applications using standard connectors, SCIM, or REST-based APIs.

• Troubleshoot provisioning failures, aggregation issues, lifecycle policy conflicts, and access discrepancies.

• Configure and support access reviews, certifications, and governance controls.

• Collaborate with application owners, HR, and security teams to ensure accurate identity data and access assignments.

• Support audits by providing access evidence, reports, and governance documentation.

• Create and maintain SOPs, configuration guides, integration documents, and troubleshooting runbooks.
