Technical Lead SailPoint IAM

We are looking for a Technical Lead SailPoint IAM with experience in Identity Governance and Access Management (IAM), to join a strategic project with international scope.

The selected person will act as the functional and technical reference for the SailPoint platform, leading the evolution of the identity governance solution, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with the controls and processes associated with access management.

Responsibilities

Act as the functional and technical reference for the SailPoint platform, providing specialized support on role models, rules, connectors, and authorization flows.
Provide second- and third-level support to resolve complex incidents related to integrations, access certifications, and identity governance.
Coordinate with different business areas and technology teams the onboarding of new applications to the identity management model.
Act as a liaison between business and technology, translating functional requirements into solutions aligned with defined standards.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing evidence and support on implemented access controls.
Monitor continuous improvement initiatives and evolution projects within the IAM ecosystem.
Prepare follow-up reports and status updates on integrations and ongoing initiatives.
Collaborate in defining and evolving the roadmap for the SailPoint solution.

Requirements

Previous experience in Identity Governance and Access Management (IAM) projects.
Functional knowledge of SailPoint or equivalent Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms.
Experience coordinating initiatives between business areas and technology teams.
Ability to analyze access control processes, certifications, and segregation of duties.
Experience participating in technology or business audits related to identity management.
Communication skills to interact with technical and functional stakeholders.
Leadership, organization, and prioritization skills.
Advanced level of English.
