We are looking for a Senior Java / Spring Boot Support Engineer to join a new service and participate in the resolution and analysis of incidents in a critical technological environment.
If you have experience with Java, Spring Boot, and production application support, and you are interested in a stable project where you can investigate, learn, and face new technical challenges, we want to meet you!
🔹 Analysis and resolution of production incidents.
🔹 Review of logs, traces, and errors to identify the cause of incidents.
🔹 Reproduction of cases in non-production environments.
🔹 Development of small fixes and automation.
🔹 Technical investigation and analysis of complex issues.
🔹 Direct communication and reporting with the client.
🔹 Third-level support (L3 / 3N).
