The role

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Level 3 Application Support Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in critical high-availability environments to join a project in the financial sector. The selected candidate must bring experience in JAVA and Kafka, and will participate in managing complex incidents, application monitoring, and continuous improvement of platforms based on distributed architectures.

What you'll do

Management of critical level 3 incidents and root cause analysis.
Support and maintenance of applications based on Java and microservices architectures.
Resolution of incidents related to Kafka, Kubernetes, Linux, and relational databases.
Collaboration with development, operations, and business teams to ensure platform stability.
Participation in deployments, validations, and reliability improvements.

We are looking for professionals with at least 3 years of experience in L3 Application Support, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Software Engineering roles within high-availability environments.
