Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions as a guide or in customer service.
  • Languages: Native level of Catalan and a good level of English (oral and written) are essential.
  • Availability: Immediate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Experience as a guide or in customer service
  • Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas

The role

Tecout, a leading company in the tourism sector, is looking to add a Bus Escort Guide  Christmas to its team. If you are a proactive person with a great vocation for service and a passion for the world of tourism, this is your opportunity!

You will be responsible for accompanying our passengers on a night tour by tourist bus, guaranteeing an unforgettable experience. Your main functions will include:

What you'll do

  • Offering detailed and engaging information about the route's points of interest.
  • Ensuring the well-being and safety of the passengers on board.
  • Resolving doubts and attending to customer needs in an efficient and polite manner.
  • Maintaining a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for all passengers.

How you'll work

The working hours will be from 18:00 to 22:00 hours, Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
