The role
We are looking for 1 day receptionist for a hostel located in the center of Barcelona, in the Gothic Quarter area.
The selected person will be responsible for attending to guests during the day shift, managing check-ins and check-outs, resolving inquiries and incidents, and guaranteeing a good experience for international clients. Starting immediately.
What you'll do
- Customer service at reception.
- Check-in and check-out.
- Reservation management.
- Telephone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Resolution of guest doubts and incidents.
- Basic tourist information about Barcelona.
- Coordination with the cleaning and maintenance team.
- Maintaining order at reception and in common areas.
- Support in the daily operations of the hostel.
