Manage the scope, planning, resources, risks, dependencies, and milestones of assigned projects.
Coordinate the internal technical team, facilitating task assignment, activity prioritization, and monitoring of deliverables.
Participate in the functional definition of solutions alongside the client and the consulting and implementation teams.
Supervise the analysis, design, development, testing, validation, and commissioning activities of MES solutions.
Perform continuous monitoring of project progress through indicators, periodic meetings, and agile methodologies.
Manage incidents, risks, and deviations, proposing corrective actions and ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives.
Coordinate the integration of the MES solution with ERP systems, industrial automation, and other corporate systems.
Report project status, risks, needs, and opportunities to the Team Leader and involved stakeholders.
