The Infrastructure and General Services area has the mission of ensuring the correct operation, maintenance, and transformation of Telefónica's corporate buildings and facilities. Through project management, asset optimization, and coordination of specialized suppliers, it works to guarantee efficient, sustainable spaces aligned with the company's current and future needs.

What will your mission be? 🎯

You will be part of the area responsible for the management and maintenance of Telefónica's corporate buildings and facilities, ensuring their proper operation, safety, and operational efficiency. Your mission will be to lead the technical management of the properties, coordinating fit-out, renovation, and improvement projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines, costs, and applicable regulations, and contributing to the continuous optimization of real estate assets and facilities.

How will your capabilities contribute to the purpose of the role? 💼

• Technically manage the comprehensive maintenance of corporate buildings and associated facilities, ensuring their availability, safety, and proper operation.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise fit-out, renovation, and improvement works on facilities, ensuring compliance with established objectives.
• Draft, review, and supervise technical projects related to corporate facilities and buildings.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance companies, suppliers, and external contractors, ensuring the quality of the services provided.
• Prepare budgets, measurements, and cost estimates, carrying out monitoring and cost control of executed actions.
• Ensure compliance with the technical, safety, and risk prevention regulations applicable to facilities and infrastructure.
• Manage technical incidents and adopt the necessary measures to ensure service continuity and minimize operational impacts.
• Prepare technical reports, define monitoring indicators, and promote improvement actions aimed at the efficiency and sustainability of facilities.
• Drive energy optimization initiatives and continuous improvement in the management of assets and infrastructure.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in the maintenance of corporate buildings, offices, hospitals, universities, or tertiary properties of similar complexity.
• Demonstrable experience in construction management, project management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, fire protection systems (PCI), and building control and automation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with measurement and budgeting tools such as Presto, Menfis, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of technical regulations for facilities and energy efficiency.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS/CAFM).
• Experience in large-scale corporate environments with high operational complexity will be valued.

El área de Infraestructuras y Servicios Generales tiene como misión asegurar la correcta operación, mantenimiento y transformación de los edificios e instalaciones corporativas de Telefónica. Formarás parte del área responsable de la gestión y mantenimiento de los edificios e instalaciones corporativas de Telefónica, garantizando su correcto funcionamiento, seguridad y eficiencia operativa. Tu misión será liderar la gestión técnica de los inmuebles, coordinando proyectos de adecuación, reforma y mejora, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, plazos, costes y normativa aplicable, y contribuyendo a la optimización continua de los activos inmobiliarios y las instalaciones.

¿Cómo contribuirás con tus capacidades al propósito del rol? 💼

• Gestionar técnicamente el mantenimiento integral de edificios corporativos e instalaciones asociadas, garantizando su disponibilidad, seguridad y correcto funcionamiento.
• Planificar, coordinar y supervisar obras de adecuación, reforma y mejora de instalaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
• Redactar, revisar y supervisar proyectos técnicos relacionados con instalaciones y edificios corporativos.
• Coordinar y supervisar empresas mantenedoras, proveedores y contratistas externos, velando por la calidad de los servicios prestados.
• Elaborar presupuestos, mediciones y estimaciones económicas, realizando el seguimiento y control de costes de las actuaciones ejecutadas.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa técnica, de seguridad y de prevención de riesgos aplicable a las instalaciones e infraestructuras.
• Gestionar incidencias técnicas y adoptar las medidas necesarias para asegurar la continuidad de los servicios y minimizar impactos operativos.
• Elaborar informes técnicos, definir indicadores de seguimiento y promover acciones de mejora orientadas a la eficiencia y sostenibilidad de las instalaciones.
• Impulsar iniciativas de optimización energética y mejora continua en la gestión de activos e infraestructuras.

• Dominio de AutoCAD.
• Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office.
• Experiencia con herramientas de mediciones y presupuestos como Presto, Menfis o equivalentes.
• Conocimiento de normativa técnica de instalaciones y eficiencia energética.
• Experiencia en sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento asistido por ordenador (GMAO/CAFM).
• Se valorará experiencia en entornos corporativos de gran tamaño y alta complejidad operativa.
