CAM PCB Engineer

We are looking for professionals with experience in PCB, electronics, or CAM environments, analytical capacity, attention to detail, and communication skills to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

· Electronic, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering (specializing in Electronics).

· Experience in PCB design (preferably RF) and/or CAM processing for printed circuit board manufacturing.

· Experience in high technical and quality demand environments, with special value placed on the aerospace, defense, automotive, or high-reliability electronics sectors.

From Maxwell Atlantic, a company specializing in the manufacture of printed circuit boards and part of Televés Corporación, we are looking to hire a PCB CAM Engineer to reinforce our Engineering team.

The position will play a key role in the company's technological evolution towards high-reliability markets such as aerospace, defense, and security. Its main mission will be the CAM processing of PCB designs, including the analysis of customer input data and the generation of the documentation necessary for manufacturing. Likewise, it will be responsible for guaranteeing manufacturing feasibility by collaborating closely with the engineering, quality, and production teams, and acting as a technical interlocutor with customers for the resolution of inquiries and the adaptation of designs to manufacturing requirements.

· Analyze printed circuit board designs and carry out their industrialization using CAM tools, guaranteeing manufacturability, quality, and compliance with the technical requirements of the project.

· Act as a technical interlocutor with customers for the resolution of inquiries, clarification of requirements, and adaptation of designs to manufacturing capabilities and demands.

· Ensure compliance with IPC standards and other requirements applicable to high-reliability sectors, participating in the definition of coupons, design modifications, and acceptance criteria.

· Drive the continuous improvement of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) rules and CAM engineering processes, promoting automation and optimization through specific tools and developments.

· Define and maintain the technical documentation necessary to accurately transfer customer requirements to manufacturing, including production, inspection, traceability, packaging, and shipping specifications.

· Manage technical change control, ensuring the correct evaluation, documentation, and implementation of modifications throughout the product life cycle.

· Proactive profile, with a practical approach and action orientation in a production environment.

· Technical and methodological rigor in the execution and documentation of work.

· Capacity for adaptation and resilience in dynamic and transforming environments.

· Customer orientation. Communication skills to transmit technical information in a clear, structured, and effective manner.
