At Temporing, we are selecting a Kitchen Assistant for an important hotel complex located in Los Cristianos.
Assist in the preparation of dishes following the head chef's instructions.
Collaborate in the preparation and presentation of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in both cold and hot kitchens.
Control and restock raw materials and food products to ensure the proper development of the service.
Cleaning and maintenance of the work area, tools, and machinery in accordance with food hygiene standards.
Reception, organization, and storage of merchandise following food safety protocols.
Proper management of waste and recycling in accordance with the establishment's policies.
Previous experience in hotel kitchens of at least 1 year.
Teamwork, adaptability, and agility.
Commitment to cleanliness, order, and good practices in food handling.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed by the team.
Driver's license and/or own vehicle.
Valid food handler's certificate.
