Barman/Bartender for extra services in Madrid

At Temporing, we are selecting a Barman/Bartender to work in events and hospitality services in Madrid.

• Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, and mixed drinks following established recipes and standards.

• Attend to event attendees with kindness, agility, and professionalism.

• Organize and maintain the bar, equipment, and work area in perfect condition.

• Perform restocking of drinks, ice, glassware, and other products necessary for the service.

• Control stock and communicate restocking needs during the event.

• Prepare the mise en place before service and clear the bar at the end of the shift.

• Apply hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention standards.

• Collaborate with the floor, catering, and organization teams to guarantee the correct development of the event.

• Immediate start with an extra services contract through an ETT.

• Working day varies according to eventual need.

• Salary 16.58 € gross/hour.

• Previous experience as a barman, bartender, bar waiter/waitress, or in similar positions.

• Knowledge in cocktail preparation, mixed drinks, and beverage service.

• Good customer service, service orientation, and communication skills.

• Dynamic, responsible, organized person with the ability to work in a team.

• Availability to work at events, mainly on weekends and with variable schedules.

• Availability to travel to different locations within Madrid.

• Training related to hospitality and English language knowledge are valued.

• Availability for immediate start.

Desde Temporing seleccionamos un/a Barman/Bartender para trabajar en eventos y servicios de hostelería en Madrid.

• Preparar y servir bebidas, cócteles y combinados siguiendo las recetas y estándares establecidos.

• Atender a las personas asistentes al evento con amabilidad, agilidad y profesionalidad.

• Organizar y mantener en perfecto estado la barra, el material y la zona de trabajo.

• Realizar la reposición de bebidas, hielo, cristalería y demás productos necesarios para el servicio.

• Controlar el stock y comunicar las necesidades de reposición durante el evento.

• Preparar la mise en place antes del servicio y recoger la barra al finalizar la jornada.

• Aplicar las normas de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y prevención de riesgos laborales.

• Colaborar con el equipo de sala, catering y organización para garantizar el correcto desarrollo del evento.

• Incorporación inmediata con contrato de extras a través de ETT.

• Jornada indiferente según necesidad eventual.

• Salario 16.58 € brutos/hora.

• Experiencia previa como barman, bartender, camarero/a de barra o en puestos similares.

• Conocimientos en preparación de cócteles, combinados y servicio de bebidas.

• Buena atención al público, orientación al servicio y habilidades de comunicación.

• Persona dinámica, responsable, organizada y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar en eventos, principalmente fines de semana y en horarios variables.

• Disponibilidad para desplazarse a diferentes ubicaciones dentro de Madrid.

• Valorable formación relacionada con hostelería y conocimientos de inglés.

• Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
