Dishwasher/Kitchen Porter for extra hotel services

From Temporing, we are selecting a Dishwasher/Kitchen Porter for important Hotels in Madrid.

• Clean and disinfect crockery, glassware, and cutlery using a dishwasher.

• Guarantee the complete cleaning of the kitchen, including tiles, tables, extractors, and other surfaces.

• Ensure the hygiene of kitchen utensils, such as pots, knives, ladles, and pans.

• Maintain the workstation in optimal cleaning conditions before, during, and after service.

• Load and unload the dishwasher.

• Wash specific items by hand as necessary

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in hotels.

• Knowledge in the handling of industrial dishwashers (hood-type, conveyor, flight-type, tunnel-type) and different racks depending on the type of material.

• Immediate availability.

• Competencies: being an organized, planned person, with initiative and the ability to work under pressure.

• Immediate start with an extra services contract through an ETT.

• Full-time with availability from Monday to Sunday.

• Salary 12.61 € gross/hour.

• Schedule 13:30-16:30 and then 19:30-23:30.

Desde Temporing seleccionamos un/a Lavaplatos/Office para importantes Hoteles en Madrid.

• Limpiar y desinfectar la vajilla, cristalería y cubertería utilizando una maquina lavaplatos.

• Garantizar la limpieza completa de la cocina, incluyendo azulejos, mesas, extractores y demás superficies.

• Asegurar la higiene de los utensilios de cocina, como cacerolas, cuchillos, cazos y sartenes.

• Mantener el puesto de trabajo en óptimas condiciones de limpieza antes, durante y después del servicio.

• Cargar y descargar el lavavajillas.

• Lavar a mano artículos específicos según sea necesario

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en una posición similar en hoteles.

• Conocimientos en el manejo de lavavajillas industriales (de capota, de arrastre, tren de lavado, túnel de lavado) y diferentes racks según el tipo de material.

• Disponibilidad inmediata.

• Competencias: ser una persona organizada, planificada, con iniciativa y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

• Incorporación inmediata con contrato de extras a través de ETT.

• Jornada completa con disponibilidad horaria de lunes a domingo.

• Salario 12.61 € brutos/hora.

• Horario 13:30-16:30 y luego de 19:30-23:30.
