Management and Executive Support Administrator

Previous experience of at least 3 years in administrative positions with real responsibility over processes, preferably in an industrial, logistics, maintenance, transport, engineering, or similar environment.

Essential: high level of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with SAP.

We are looking for a person with good communication skills, discretion, an orientation toward teamwork, and the ability to contribute actively to the smooth functioning and professional atmosphere of the center.

An industrial company belonging to a business group is looking to hire a Management Administrator for its center located in Soto del Real.

The position will have a transversal function, combining administration, invoicing, payment follow-up, control of work reports, time tracking, HR support, preparation of KPIs, purchasing, order management, and direct support to Management.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 to 15:00

Contract: Temporary with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent company contract

Location: SOTO DEL REAL
