📋 Your responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise industrial building work on a daily basis, ensuring execution quality and compliance with the schedule, construction procedures, and Occupational Risk Prevention measures.

• Supervise the correct execution of structures, enclosures, roofs, facades, masonry, and finishes

• Previous experience as a Building Site Manager in industrial warehouses, logistics centers, or technical building projects.

• Mastery of construction processes and blueprint interpretation, with training in occupational risk prevention for the construction sector.

• Stability: In a pleasant and long-lasting work environment.

🛠 Posición: Encargado/a de Edificación

En Aldesa, cada día tendrás la oportunidad para aprender, innovar y superar retos. Estamos buscando un/a Encargado/a de Edificación para unirse a un proyecto de la nueva estación Soto Sur de Cercanías Madrid.

📋 Tus responsabilidades:

• Organizar y supervisar diariamente los trabajos de edificación industrial, garantizando la calidad de ejecución y el cumplimiento de la planificación, procedimientos constructivos y medidas de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

• Supervisar la correcta ejecución de estructuras, cerramientos, cubiertas, fachadas, albañilería y acabados

• Experiencia previa como Encargado/a de Edificación en naves industriales, centros logísticos o edificación técnica.

• Dominio de procesos constructivos e interpretación de planos, con formación en PRL del sector de la construcción.

• Estabilidad: En un entorno de trabajo agradable y duradero.

• Formación constante: Planes formativos adaptados a tu rol.
