TEAM LEADER - BALEARES + TARRAGONA

We are looking for a Team Leader to coordinate the planning and scheduling of a technical team specialized in industrial HVAC maintenance. The selected person will be responsible for optimizing resources, managing work orders, coordinating actions with clients and technicians, and ensuring compliance with established service levels, productivity, and quality.

Experience in operational planning, organizational capacity and priority management, good communication skills, and technical knowledge related to HVAC equipment is required. Experience in service management tools and technical certifications related to the sector will be valued.

Location: Palma de Mallorca

· Plan and schedule works with the necessary lead time.

· Correctly prioritize breakdowns, emergencies, and preventive maintenance activities.

· Optimize routes, travel, and the workload of the technical team.

· Reschedule incidents while minimizing operational impact and customer disruption.

· Supervise technician productivity and the efficient use of available resources.

· Verify the availability of materials, spare parts, and tools before assigning interventions.

· Coordinate access permits, accreditations, and documentation required for the works.

· Confirm appointments and coordinate actions with clients before execution.

· Monitor open works and control their progress.

· Supervise intervention times, work reports, and the closing of operations.

· Coordinate and monitor subcontracted companies when necessary.

· Anticipate operational incidents and propose corrective measures before they affect the service.

· Maintain fluid communication with clients, technicians, and the area manager.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of productivity, operational efficiency, and service quality.
