• Demonstrable previous experience of at least 1 year in similar positions, preferably in kitchen or catering environments.
• Residence in Castellbisbal or nearby towns that allow for agile travel to the industrial park.
• Availability of a personal vehicle to access the workplace, as the industrial park does not have direct and frequent public transport.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently, as well as to follow instructions.
• A responsible, organized person with great attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and desire to be part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety protocols.
• Experience in handling industrial cleaning machinery (if applicable).

• Permanent contract with inclusion in the workforce.

We are looking to immediately hire a Cleaning Assistant with demonstrable experience to join our team at our Castellbisbal facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen areas and with the tableware, ensuring compliance with the highest quality and health standards.

This position is fundamental to the correct functioning of our operations, contributing directly to a safe and efficient working environment. We value proactivity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality in all assigned tasks.

• Perform the cleaning of the tableware used in the kitchen, including plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils, and containers.
• Carry out the cleaning and disinfection of kitchen work surfaces, including countertops, tables, extractor hoods, and appliances.
• Ensure the cleanliness and general order of the food preparation areas, guaranteeing a hygienic working environment.
• Perform the cleaning of floors, walls, and other kitchen surfaces, following established protocols.
• Correctly manage and dispose of waste generated in the kitchen, keeping the container area clean and tidy.
• Collaborate in the cleaning of other common areas of the facility as necessary.
• Maintain the provided cleaning tools and equipment in perfect working order and cleanliness.
• Inform supervision of any incidents, breakdowns, or maintenance needs in the work areas or equipment.
• Comply with all current food safety and hygiene regulations.
