About the role

We are looking for a Consultant for R&D&I project management for an important innovation company specialized in professional advisory services and tools, located in Zaragoza, with 3 years of experience working in a consulting firm.

After a period as a consultant, you will move up to team leader.

What you'll do

You will carry out, among others, the following duties:

Lead the development of work and generation of deliverables on time and with quality

Tax deductions, Social Security bonuses, project grants and subsidies

Identify opportunities with current and new clients

Evaluate the performance of consultants and managers (180º)

Participate in training, evaluation, and client retention

Collaborate on project planning, team assignment, and internal communication

Review and distribute deliverables

Ensure relationships with clients and third parties

Attend project follow-up meetings

Measure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
