The role

What you'll do

Evaluate operational talent profiles based on skills, experience, and qualifications needed for short-term/project-based and long-term specific tasks.
Carry out performance evaluations and provide feedback to operational talent to support their development.
Determine training programs by identifying relevant learning sessions based on skill gaps.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, productivity, and cost savings of operational talent to support workforce planning optimization.
Support the reassignment of operational talent by identifying and matching them with suitable short-term/project-based and long-term work opportunities.
Support operational talent with tools and guidance for professional mobility, based on skills and experience.
Develop a strong operational talent pool through networking. Grade descriptor
Requires broad conceptual knowledge and experience in the discipline itself.
Increases knowledge of the company, processes, and clients.
Performs structured work tasks related to the discipline.
Uses existing policies, procedures, or instructions to solve routine or standard problems.
Receives supervision and guidance from higher-level positions.
Influences the quality of one's own work and that of other team members; works within established guidelines and policies.
Explains factual information of limited complexity to other people in simple situations. ESSENTIAL: Residence in the Borja (Zaragoza) area.
