We are looking for a professional with at least 1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in bakeries, pastry shops, or hospitality establishments where customer service is paramount. Your main mission will be to be the ambassador of our products, offering an exceptional shopping experience to every person who walks through our door.

• Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, handle their inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner, and advise them on our products, highlighting their characteristics and novelties.
• Sales and Suggestions: Present our bakery and pastry products in an attractive way, make personalized suggestions, and manage the sales process, including payment and packaging.
• Replenishment and Display: Keep the display cases and stands always full, organized, and visually attractive, ensuring correct product rotation.
• Point of Sale Maintenance: Ensure the general cleanliness and order of the establishment, including counters, tables, and the customer service area.
• Stock Control: Collaborate in the control of stock for products for sale and packaging materials.
